Don’t forget: mix and wait 24 hrs, drain for 30 hrs, mix and chill.
As it turned out I had enough to make three flavors, Garlic and Chive, Plain, and Honey.
I took the cheese to my office for a breakfast and they were generally accepted as cream cheese. I will call this a success!
