Goat Swiss – 6.27.2015

Trying the same recipe as last week but with goat’s milk.  It seemed to work pretty well, the wheel turned out nicely.

I’m mostly posting today as the placeholder for date the goat swiss was made.  Still hoping to make another swiss wheel from #Cozycows milk.
