Draining the Whey at Cozy Cow

I got the chance to make cheese with Cozy Cow on March 27th.  They were making cheese curds and Funkwerks Beer Cheddar.  The Funkwerks Beer Cheddar gets pressed into 11 lbs. wheels and aged for 3 month before becoming wedges of cheese.

UPDATE: 5/13/2015 Went to FunkWerks for beer and had a cheese and cracker plate and the cheese was creamy with a hint of beer and a really nice mellow flavor.
