I guess I will find out.  On Sunday August 23rd, I made a 2 gallon batch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t have a Camembert mold, so I just used baskets and they worked well enough. They air dried in the basement for a few days, before being ready for the frig.  (top picture)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another week has gone by and I decided to find a sushi mat to put them on as the rind begins to grow in.
